20 favorite fat burning food of mine. These are foods i did a little research on that help burn fat and that i personally use. I’ve created this list for people that need that extra little help on there weight loss journey. These fat burning food is not for everyone please make sure ur not allergic or cant have any of these foods it wont do u any good if these foods affect you. Try combing theses foods with ur eating routing to help the fat burning process.

  1. Great List! Breakfast is indeed so important. No wonder I can’t put on any weight, I consume most of these foods at least once a week, besides grapefruit, plums, kiwi, watermelon, plums and turkey. I guess wild sockeye salmon and avocado is more like once every two weeks (non of that farmed fish crud).

Yes its really important .i had that weight gaining problem before but i wouldn’t eat that much due to work and it slowed my metabolism down alot it sucked now i gain weight easily. ? That’s good though your eating really good thats why its hard to gain weight you should up your protein more and add a little more carbs. Salmon and avocado is great you should increase it more for more protein and calories salmon is great with a great source of omega 3 fatty acids which helps joints the brain and heart

You need to include healthy calories such as nuts and seed topping and some healthy calories you should try some almonds, sunflowers, fruit, or whole grain and wheat toast.you need to eat nutrient rich food which can build muscle aswell some healthy carbohydrates will help as well. Try to eat more food but not at once spread your meals out but have more meals. You should try body weight work out like push ups,squats lunges, tricep, and dips
